Company «Kazgiprotsvetmet» (KGTsM) is the leading design institute in Kazakhstan, which is involved with engineering and design of non-ferrous metallurgy plants, established in 1947, now is the leading engineering company of Kazakhstan. More than 500 highly qualified specialists work in the institute, significant expertise gained due to many implemented projects. Design institute has necessary formal authorization to perform in Russia the works, which have an impact on safety of capital construction facilities. Institute performs complex process and civil design services of non-ferrous and ferrous plants, production facilities for gold mining, rare earths, machine building, chemical and other industries, as well as engineering and design of civil facilities. «Kazgiprotsvetmet» LLP is shareholder of our company. We have experience of joint implementation of the project of reconstruction of the gold processing plant (GPP) «Belaya gora», where «Kazgiprotsvetmet» LLP, «ThreeE» LLC and SGS Bateman (Pty) Ltd. worked together as project consortium and developed at a time the International Feasibility study and Russian design stage «Project documentation», providing «One-stop shop» service for our client – company «Russdragmet».

SGS Bateman is leading EPCM contractor in Africa, which is specialized in implementation of brown-field and green-field mineral ore beneficiation plants. Company, which established in 1921, expanded onto the International engineering services market in 1980, since then it successfully implemented projects in more than 50 countries. After its acquisition by SGS, company empowered to provide full project lifecycle services, including mineral ore metallurgical test-work services in its laboratories located in Australia, Canada and Russia, development of process flowsheets, equipment layout plans, providing complex of engineering and design services, project management services. «ThreeE» LLC implemented 2 projects jointly with SGS Bateman (Pty) Ltd., and starting from early 2020 is the official representative of SGS Bateman (Pty) Ltd.
