Our company offers complete project lifecycle services for projects of modernization and new construction of beneficiation and metallurgical plants. Scope of our services includes metallurgical test-work organization, development of ore processing flow-sheets; performance of various preliminary project studies, including technical-and-economic assessments, PFS, Basic engineering package, DFS; engineering and design services with focus on process design and system solutions; procurement and project management services; authority supervision and installation supervision services. «ThreeE» LLC is the authorized trade agent of METSO – leading global producer of wide range of mining and processing equipment. So far, our company jointly with SGS Bateman (Pty) Ltd has completed 2 contracts for development of the International Feasibility study and Basic engineering package for company Russdragmet.

Our Company offers solutions for industrial furnaces off-gases treatment. ThreeE is the exclusive representative in Russia and Republic of Kazakhstan of Reining Heisskuhlung GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) – supplier of Evaporation Cooling Systems and waste heat recovery systems and Garant Filter GmbH (Germany) – supplier of complete systems for dust removal, flue gas cleaning, ventilation and aeration. We actively promote on the local market modern technologies for off-gases evaporation cooling for pre-heating furnaces (pusher-type furnaces and walking beam furnaces) and steel making electric arc furnace (EAF and submerged arc furnace (SAF)). Given technologies allow to increase significantly equipment availability and furnaces energy consumption efficiency, as well as to produce steam for own technological needs, reduce consumption of main utilities and resources (gas, water, electricity), decrease losses of steam transported from external steam network.

Our company promotes principles of peaceful coexistence of ecology and economy. We put a great emphasis towards development environmental engineering, energy efficiency, resources saving. «ThreeE» LLC actively implements modern technologies in industrial gases treatment. We are the authorized representative in Russia of GARANT Filter GmbH (Germany), which works under the brand name TURBOFILTER as well, which provides full scope of engineering, design and procurement services for aspiration and gas treatment equipment and systems (common vertical bag filters, flat horizontal filters, separators, scrubbers, recuperative heat exchangers). Available technologies allow significant reduction of dust contents and concentration of air pollutants in off-gases, so those systems actively deployed in heat power production, by-product coking and chemicals, steel making and other industries. In our work, we constantly search for the best, available on the global market, environmental technologies and implement them in industry. Our company actively collaborates with environmental platforms in Germany, which consist of the associate members - leading German developers of environmental technologies.

«ThreeE» LLC - is young and dynamically growing engineering company, which I am a founder of, established in late 2017 and proceeded to active operations at the beginning of 2018, acting under our «3E» brand name. From the beginning our company was envisaged as PMC project management consulting) contractor. With the time, we have composed the pool of our partners, representing genuine expert community consisting of engineering, design and process engineering companies, equipment producers and construction firms. Accurate coordination of our joint activities within the pool members allowed us to offer our Clients the one-stop-shop services, which cover complete project life cycle requirements. Today we are capable enough to take on the role of the engineering company – leader of EPC consortium to implement various mining projects.

Due to our proactive position and adherence to innovations, we started to work in the new advanced areas such as environmental technologies, energy efficiency, cost-effective use of resources, which received the extensive reliance in metallurgical and chemical industries and thermal power generation. Currently we focus our activities on technology engineering and design and are actively involved in the establishment of innovation centre, which will promote the best available on the market environmentally clean technologies.
